Studio
About
Fractal Integrations is a small experimental studio working in the overlap between design, engineering, AI and interaction. We build the whole thing — the idea, the interface, the system underneath it, and the thing that runs in production.
Most of the work is systems that have to hold up under real use rather than demos that only survive a screenshot. That shapes how everything here is presented: what the constraint was, what we chose, and what it cost.

A capability with nothing behind it is a claim. Each one below links to the projects that demonstrate it; anything unproven says so.

02How we work
Constraint first
Understand what actually limits the thing before choosing a shape for it. Most bad interfaces are answers to the wrong constraint.
Build to see it
Prototypes settle arguments that mockups extend. We would rather have a rough working version early than a polished picture of one.
Ship, then say what it cost
Every case study here states the tradeoff and the part we would do differently. That is more useful to read than a list of wins.
